The Central New Mexico Comprehensive Climate Action Plan
We are pleased to share the first draft of the Central New Mexico Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP)—a collaborative, community-driven roadmap to reduce climate pollution, improve health and resilience, and build a thriving future for Central New Mexico.
This version reflects the work of dozens of partner organizations, an engaged Community Task Force, and hundreds of community members who contributed expertise, lived experience, and practical ideas. This version of the CCAP was submitted to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on December 1, 2025, as part of the Climate Pollution Reduction Grant program.
